Ingredients

Wembley Quince Gin

50 ml

Apple juice

30 ml

Lemon juice

15 ml

Simple syrup

20 ml

1/4 egg white

Cinnamon and orange for garnish

Preparation

Shake all ingredients without ice (dry shake).
Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with cinnamon and orange slice.
