Elderflower syrup

10 ml

Grapefruit soda

200 ml

Strawberries and grapefruit for garnish

Preparation

Fill a white wine glass with ice.
Add gin and elderflower syrup.
Top with grapefruit soda.
Stir gently and garnish with strawberries and grapefruit slices.
