Wembley Crown Gin

50 ml

Lemon juice

20 ml

Simple syrup

10 ml

Passion fruit puree

20 ml

8 basil leaves

Grapefruit and basil for garnish

Preparation

Muddle basil with lemon juice and syrup in a shaker.
Add gin, purée, and ice.
Shake well and fine strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and basil leaves.
